Job Description
As a Service Station sales and service representative, you will work from home and be responsible for handling inbound calls for glass shops (Service Station's clients), managing your leads, dialing out on existing leads, selling jobs, and mastering our clients' offerings. You will receive 2 weeks of training to prepare you to handle your first call with the help of your team lead.
As a part-time member of the team, you will work between 20 and 35 hours per week, depending on the inbound call volume of your assigned team. Service Station is currently hiring in all of the states listed above and for our Eastern Time team. The team's hours of operation are as follows:

- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) Saturdays (not currently but may become required)

Minimum Qualifications
- Great communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- A desire to learn something new
- Great computer skills
- Good typing skills (30 wpm+)
- Resiliency when dealing with tough customers
- High-speed Internet connection, 25 Mbps+

Benefits & Compensation
- Total compensation $16.50/hr - $27.50/hr (most team members make over $20/hr effectively - base + commissions)
- Base pay is $15.00/hr
- Commissions add an additional $3.00/hr - $14/hr
- Hourly base is paid bi-weekly
- Commissions are paid monthly and increase with your total sales accumulated during the year.
